Upon activation from perimeter detectors our SIA/CCTV operators from our dedicated 24-hour control centre will ascertain if it is a real threat to the site or a false alarm.

An automated alert message or the operator at the control centre can then talk through the tower speaker and warn intruders on site that they are being monitored, recorded and that the police will be called if they don’t leave the site immediately.
If there is an incident, selected site managers are alerted, and a video stream can be sent through to their device immediately. Our control centre will also deploy a mobile patrol driver to complete a full patrol of the site and reporting back any breaches to the perimeter boundary and make site secure before leaving.
